Terms and Conditions

You may return a garment to me if: 

• it has been handled with care and is in perfect brand new condition; and 
• it is returned to me within 30 days of purchase

You can receive any one of the following:

• a credit voucher to the same value to spend on my website
• an exchange for a different garment of the same value
• a full cash refund to your bank account

All postage incurred after the date of the initial purchase will be your responsibility.

The privacy of your customer data, orders and credit cards are important to me. I will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. I will only send you email newsletters if you explicitly opt in.

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on my servers nor in my premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by my bank, using secure encryption.

I will process your order within two business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. 

I use either NZ Post, Aramex or Pass The Parcel couriers, at my sole discretion unless specifically requested by you. I will send you an email notifying you when your order has been dispatched with the tracking number. Please refer to the courier's own website for their current delivery timeframes. Parcels sent to rural delivery addresses are delivered to your local rural delivery driver to complete. Selecting the incorrect shipping option for your rural address may delay dispatch of your order and I may contact you for additional payment.
