This is a fundraising project for the Otaua Aka Aka Playcentre - which my daughter and I have been part of for the last four years. All 111 of these brilliant tried and true recipes have been donated by members, families, generous locals, and even a generous donation from NZ Masterchef Judge Simon Gault!
A brilliant mix of 'get dinner on the table in a hurry' and 'I've got the time so lets use it to make something incredible' - this will cater to every parent, guardian, wife, husband or commander of the kitchen!
100% of the sale proceeds of this book will be given to the Playcentre to spend on play equipment and learning resources for the children.
